Dark Blue Flower

Having been kindly pressed by some to upload some more work, i oblige with this, an acrylic on board. I painted it in 2005 and have done very little new pieces since then. As soon as i do, i will post them here. I like the simplicity of this series, the way the flowers grow out of the edges. I hope you do too.

I am using some of the images on products available to buy now. A little experiment. See at the bottom of the page!

I like amateur work. People who are not afraid to put it out there. This would look nice in somebody's starter flat in the bathroom or kitchen or closet.

My pleasure, Rose. So glad you liked it. No magic necessary.

I just had to have a look Lynn, after your most instructive words over at Dive's. This is lovely and I can't wait to see the series. Like Dive, you are multi-talented dear - and you speak and write in French.

Maybe time for a new post here, Lynn? You have still so much to show! ... and maybe something recent?

lynn said...

Peter you're so good at prompting. Good thing, huh? Can't post anything recent, but it's topical at least!

Mme thank you so much, you're too kind.
